Our Peppermint is handpick from our farm and then steam distilled. When essential oils are distilled, water condensation is produced as a byproduct. This process captures the soul or essence of the plant, and is called a "hydrosol." Peppermint hydrosol has a fresh, soft, and minty aroma. Its refreshing and its energizing effect can help boost mood and mental clarity, making this hydrosol a nice pick-me-up.
